How can you give me a number for free with no charges, what is the catch?
No catch, we hope you enjoy using the service and it proves useful. We make our money from additional services that you might purchase such as the funky ringing tones located in the pricing section. We will not spam your email address or sell it on, You are not under any obligation to purchase the additional services we offer, but if you are interested please let us know! :)

Are my details kept private ?
Yes, we only use your details in order to handle support requests from you and keep a good idea of how popular this service is. If you have any support enquires we need to ask certain information to ensure it is you we are dealing with, for your protection.

Do I have to inform my landline or mobile provider and does it interfere with their service?
In a word no! This service operates independently and does not interfere with your existing phone. If and when you want to stop the calls on your new number you simply login to your account and turn it off, or cancel it and get a new one free of charge. Once cancelled the caller will hear a message stating the number is no longer in use, handy to get rid of repeat/unwanted phone calls!

How much does it cost to call my new telephone number?
It's classed as a mobile call (PN2) in the UK, however from some networks some may charge a little more (such as cheap pre-pay phones or international calls). Your number is NOT a premium rate number or any other kind. It is a Personal telephone number issued to you for a "follow me" type of service meaning you can change the location of the number at any time i.e., from your mobile to your landline without your callers knowing for your convenience.

How long can I keep the number for ?
As long as you like, all we ask is that you use the number and give it out as much as possible. If we find that you have not used your number for a few months, we reserve the right to take it off you and give it to someone else. This is so we can provide a number for everyone who wants one.

Do I have to come to this website to turn my number on/off and change the location?
Yes, you have to login to this site for security reasons in order to change the status of your number plus if you want to change the number to which the calls are going to. We will have in the near future a facility to do this by telephone, watch this space! :)

How many numbers can I have ?
As many as you like, again all that we ask is that the number WILL be used, if its not used within a few months, we will disconnect the number and give it to someone else.
